In this session we explore the reason for coming and what you would like help with. I gather some information around any symptoms you may be experiencing and then I explain all about the brain, why we behave the way we do and what we can do about it. You will also receive my free relaxation recording following this session.
Most often, clients leave the consultation already feeling lifted and positive about themselves and their future. You can then have a think about whether you feel solution focused hypnotherapy is right for you with no pressure at all to book in.

How can this help in schools? Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can support all staff members with stress management, avoiding burnout, anxiety, managing workload, sleep, motivation and much more. It can also support pupils who may be struggling at home or in school with issues such as confidence, friendships, behavioural difficulties or additional needs. Sessions can be adapted to suit the age of the child/group.
Further benefits include being able to quickly identify individual pupils or students who need support with their mental health, use your existing resources more effectively and promote good mental health and wellbeing in your setting.
