Before arriving at this point, I had been a teacher for 12 years, working across different age groups and specialising in intervention and SEND. Prior to training as a teacher, I studied Psychology with Criminology at university. This is where my passion for neuroscience and the mind started. It wasn’t until I received hypnotherapy myself, that this spark was reignited and I realised this is what I love. After struggling with my own mental health for years, I too didn’t realise that it was possible to change my mindset until I experienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Learning all about the brain got me hooked, so much so, I decided to study again and qualify as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I have loved setting up my own business and being able to support my clients and realise they too can change the way they think and live a happy life.
