What can Hypnotherapy help with?

do i need to come every week?
The number of sessions can vary based on your individual needs and the areas you’d like support with.
Some people experience positive changes quite quickly, while others find it helpful to continue over a longer period. An average for clients experiencing anxiety for example is around 6-12 sessions.
how many sessions will i need?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy centres on the present and future rather than analysing past experiences. Instead of revisiting difficult moments, it focuses on what is already going well in your life, the changes you would like to make, and practical steps to help you move forward. This forward-looking approach is why many people find it so refreshing .
Do I have to talk about my past?
I specialise mainly in anxiety, high functioning anxiety and burnout because I've been there and I get it! I also love working with sleep but I really do enjoy the variety of working with all different areas. I also have a lot of experience working with younger people and neurodiversity both from my teaching experience and through my practice.

I had my first session with Lyndsey in December last year following the death of my Dad, I was struggling with anxiety, grief and low mood and she has turned my life around. I like how Lyndsey explains the science around how your brain works and how anxieties are formed, it made everything seem easier to understand!
